Jordan Marshall is a co-founder of Alchemy Real Estate. For nearly ten years, he’s provided consultancy service to private investors, institutional buyers, and developers on all aspects of the acquisition and disposition of multifamily investment properties. He utilizes the knowledge from this experience to identify opportunities and set the strategy for properties in Alchemy’s portfolio.
Jordan attended The Ohio State University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration focused on Operations Management, earned his MBA in Real Estate from Florida State University, and holds a real estate license in the State of Ohio. He is an active alumnus of Ohio State’s Mount Leadership Society, participating in the mentorship of current students in this prestigious scholar’s program. He currently resides in Upper Arlington, Ohio with his wife Hilary and his son Ethan.
Richard Lattro is a co-founder of Alchemy Real Estate. For nearly ten years, he’s represented clients throughout the country in over $460 million in real estate transactions. Richard’s energetic approach to business paired with his intimate knowledge of the market has allowed him to build lasting relationships and trust with numerous real estate groups throughout the area. Richard uses these connections to help identify new opportunities and partnerships to grow Alchemy’s portfolio.
Richard attended The Ohio State University where he received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Finance and Real Estate and holds a real estate sales license in the State of Ohio. Richard is a member of the Nationwide Children’s Hospital Development Board which is committed to raising funds to further the research and discovery of improved treatments for childhood illness. Richard and his wife Jennifer currently live in Grandview, Ohio with their daughter Madison and dog Lucy.
